Problems opening pdf files?
If you have any problems opening a pdf file, try downloading it to your hard drive first. To do this, right-click the link and choose "Save target as...". Save the file to your desktop or any convenient location, then open the file from that location.
 
Alternatively:
Start Adobe Acrobat and disable the Fast View option as follows:
Click on the "Edit" menu and select "Preferences...".
In the Preferences dialog window, select "Internet"
Uncheck "Allow fast web view"
Click OK
Now try opening the pdf file from the website
