To open the PDF-files you need the Acrobat-Reader-PlugIn.
This program is freeware and can be downloaded here.

Problems opening pdf files?
If you have any problems opening a pdf file, try downloading it to your hard drive first. To do this, right-click the link and choose "Save target as...". Savethe file to your desktop or any convenient location, then open the file from that location.
 
Alternatively:
Start Adobe Acrobat and disable the Fast View option as follows:
Click on the "Edit" menu, select "Preferences...".
In the Preferences dialog window, select "Internet"
Uncheck "Allow fast web view"
Click OK
Now try opening the pdf file from the website
